Mr. Dobryak has been participating as an operating CFO in Future matters projects starting 2009. He brings 15 years of setting up and managing finance function in the portfolio companies of international investors. He has extensive experience in investment transactions, corporate restructurings and cash burn optimizations.
Mr. Dobryak started his career in 1992 in Arthur Andersen in Moscow. He moved to the corporate sector in 1999 and worked in top financial positions for international and Russian companies including Mondi, AIG Brunswick, Alfa Group, Apteka-Holding (The Carlyle Group investee company acquired by Alliance Unichem) and Akado.
Mr. Dobryak holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (“MGIMO”) and a Master’s degree from Rollins College, Crummer Gradute School of Business. Mr. Dobryak is a Certified Public Accountant.
