Mr. Fawkes is a global opinion leader on energy efficiency issues and highly sought key note speaker at global conferences on sustainable energy and clean tech topics. In 2012 he was awarded the Energy Institute’s Individual Achievement Award.

 

Mr. Fawkes worked in energy efficiency for more than 20 years, implementing large-scale energy management programs for the EU, the UN, USAID, the World Bank and corporates.

 

As Future matters advisor, Mr. Fawkes provides strategic guidance in the investment process and access to proprietary deal opportunities.

 

Mr. Fawkes is active in the UK energy efficiency policy development and has more than 150 publications on energy efficiency. He holds a Ph.D. in energy efficiency from the University of Stirling (Scotland).
