Ms. Kapinos joined the team in 2012. As well as supervising the corporate legal issues of Future matters, she is actively involved in legal due diligence and the transaction closing process, coordination of the work of external legal consultants and supervision of the legal function of portfolio companies.

 

Before joining Future matters, Ms. Kapinos worked at the international law firm Noerr, focusing on corporate and financial law. Ms. Kapinos graduated from Moscow State Law Academy.
